In general, Bleisure Hosting is looking to sign a long term lease with each of our individual property owners. We prefer to take possession of properties for at least three years, and our minimum contract duration is one year. When you rent out your apartment to us, you are entering a long-term partnership.

There's no need to look for tenants -- your property will be occupied by our vetted guests. We provide corporate accommodation services to multinational companies across the world, and the average stay period of our guests is five months. Our highly qualified renters include embassy staff, freelancers, individual business travelers, and corporate guests.

Bleisure Hosting’s rental management team takes responsibility for your flat! We handle all property maintenance issues promptly so that our entire inventory of flats is in tip top condition. This also means that we are liable to the property owner for any damage caused by a tenant.

Even when a Bleisure apartment is unoccupied, a homeowner will always receive their monthly rent. Thanks to our tenant rent payment guarantee, you can count on a steady income for your investment property.

We prefer both unfurnished & furnished properties. We lease furnished apartments, and so we have a local supply of appliances, custom furniture, electronics that we use to upgrade our spaces. However, we look at each flat on a case-by-case basis. Bleisure is happy to assess the furniture and discuss next steps if your property is furnished.
